Submitting a registration does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, or later revoke membership at our discretion, in furtherance of the Foundation's charitable objectives.

You retain ownership of the information and photograph you submit. By submitting them and giving public-display consent, you grant AiSE Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your name, photo, designation, and organisation on our website for the purpose of presenting our members. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The AiSE Foundation name, logo, and website content are owned by or licensed to the Foundation and may not be used without permission, except as allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
